Up and Down arrow btns to show and hide pages.

one button mouse:

mouse + shift to rotate
mouse + shift + control to pan
mouse + control to zoom

two button mouse:

right mouse btn to rotate
right mouse btn + control to pan
left mouse btn + control to zoom
